My Story
Stacy is a dedicated counselor with over 15 of experience, passionately committed to helping children, adolescents, young adults, and families unlock their true potential. Her journey has been driven by a deep passion for supporting individuals as they navigate life's challenges, fostering resilience and personal growth along the way. With a wealth of experience in addressing symptoms such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, disordered eating and trauma, Stacy employs a unique approach that incorporates art, play, and sensory techniques. This creative methodology not only engages her clients but also empowers them to express their feelings and work through their symptoms in a safe and supportive environment. Through her guidance, Stacy inspires transformation in those she serves.

Stacy loves spending time with her son, her dog, Ruby (pictured), and her husband. She loves being outside-especially in the snow, by the water, and baking. Stacy has a lot of experience making slime, glitter jars, painting and crafting. She will bring all of these loves into her counseling experience.
